What’s new

What actually shipped, newest first. A bug fix does not earn a line here — only something you’d notice using the board.

  1. September 2026

The top three get a moving picture

The three leading brands of every Hall period (7 days, 30 days, a year) now carry a short, silent clip of their own site on their card — still until you hover, then it scrolls. Rendered from the live site and refreshed monthly, so it is always what the brand actually looks like.

  2. September 2026

Ten board themes, a new one every week

The board now has ten looks — Bento, Broadsheet, Terminal, Poster, Paper, Swiss, Arcade, Brutalist, Ledger and the original Classic — and rotates to the next one every Monday. Sign in and pick one from the menu to keep it; leave it on “follow the weekly rotation” to see them all.

  3. September 2026

Every new listing is checked before it goes live

A submitted site is now checked against a blocklist of known-bad domains and Google Safe Browsing's live malware/phishing database before it can appear on the board — on top of the URL validation and per-address rate limit that were already there.

  4. September 2026

    Claim your own listing

If your business is on the board, sign in with a verified email on your own domain and a “claim this brand” button appears on your listing's page. It marks you as the verified owner, publicly, with nothing else to fill in.

  5. September 2026

Daily reports for marketers, with their referral link built in

Every marketer with a referral link now gets a daily email — at 8am their own time, wherever they are — covering signups and bids from the people they referred, with the link itself included so it's one copy-paste away.

  6. September 2026

Marketers can generate their own invite link

Each marketer can make a permanent link of their own — or have it made for them — and every signup through it is credited back to them automatically.

  7. September 2026

    A calmer board header

The live-visitor count, the outbid button and the day pager now share a single line instead of three stacked bands.
